$27M sale for two Aegis communities

BELLEVUE — Aegis Living has sold two Eastside senior communities to what appears to be a new joint venture with Blue Moon Capital Partners of Boston. Brokers were not announced.

Aegis Lodge, at 12629 116th Ave N.E. in Totem Lake, sold for $9.8 million, according to King County records. An Aegis-related LLC acquired the property in 2010 for almost $7.2 million.
