Regency Centers buys Melrose Market for $15.5M

    Melrose Market opened in 2010 after $3.5 million in renovations. The complex combines at least two automotive buildings from the World War I era.

    The market helps anchor the Pike-Pine corridor, which has become a major shopping, eating and residential hub.
