Fremont apartments could wrap around future restaurant

  • Colpitts Development is proposing a seven-story, 140-unit project on Stone Way North.
    Journal Staff Reporter

    The site forms a U-shape around a former bookstore acquired by Sea Creatures, the parent company of chef Renee Erickson’s restaurant empire.

    There are three parcels below the corner of North 39th Street, leading south down the west side of Stone Way North. They have two owners, one of whom has filed a new plan for a 140-unit apartment building.
