Goodman plans 43 SEDUs by freeway

Through an LLC, Goodman Real Estate paid $2 million early last year for the 75-unit Zindorf Apartments, at 714 Seventh Ave. on First Hill. A plan by Studio Meng Strazzara was soon filed for the parking lot to the south, which was included in the sale. The final proposal has an administrative design review on Friday, April 5.
