Downtown building sells for over $11M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — The Alaska Trade Building, at 1917 First Ave., has sold for a little over $11.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was ATB LLC, which acquired the property in 2001 for $7 million. However, that sale also included the separate Butterworth Building, at 1921 First, which ATB sold in 2005 to another group for almost $3 million.
