Rainier Valley Oberto site to become private school with apartments on top

The Oberto store property at 1715 Rainier Ave. S. has sold for just over $4.1 million, according to King County records. The buyer was an LLC associated with Hamlin Robinson School, which is planning a six-story building with apartments on top of a new middle school.
