SEATTLE — A small commercial building is planned at 2616 E. Cherry St. The prior owner, a metalsmith, sold the 2,700-square-foot property earlier this month for $700,000.
The buyer, Juniper Investors LLC, lists its address at a downtown law firm. Prior to the sale, Cone Architecture submitted an early redevelopment plan for a four-story commercial building with two surface parking stalls.
