Amazon to lease Trammell Crow's 2-tower project in Bellevue

  • The 15-story office complex is scheduled to begin construction this summer and finish in early 2022.

    The development is a joint venture between Trammell Crow and MetLife Investment Management. LMN Architects is the designer and Howard S. Wright is the general contractor.

    On land it recently purchased, Trammell Crow Co. has announced that Amazon will lease its two planned offices towers on the former Bellevue Cadillac property, at 1001 106th Ave. N.E.
