The Seattle Times announced last month that it would sell its North Creek printing plant. A price wasn't mentioned. The daily newspaper said it would shift production next year from Bothell to its Rotary plant in Kent.
Now we know who is selling the main 23.7 acres at 19200 120th Ave. N.E., which were developed in 1991. Michael Finch, Campbell Mathewson, and Katherine Laird of CenturyPacific are offering the main plant property for $45 million in a brand-new listing. That's about $134 per square foot for the building.
