$237M for housing projects statewide

SEATTLE — The Washington State Housing Finance Commission this spring approved $237 million in financing for construction or preservation of 966 affordable apartments statewide, including housing with services for people who are homeless.

In a press release, the commission said that in February, March and April, it approved 10 affordable-housing projects, five through the 2019 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.
