Unico pays over $23M for development site in Redmond

  • The real estate firm joins Trammell Crow Residential and LMC in investing in the newly upzoned Marymoor Village.

    Unico Properties, using an LLC, has purchased a 3.4-acre development site at 17275 N.E. 67th Court in Redmond for $23.5 million. King County recorded the sale on Friday. Public records indicate a loan from PNC Bank.
