200 Eastlake units ready for first design review

The seven-story project would replace the Seattle Police Relief Association & Guild Building and a retail building now home Mammoth sandwich shop and other tenants.

On a corner site with two owners, at 2517 Eastlake Ave. E., developer Carl Pollard and Hewitt are planning a new seven-story apartment building with up to 200 units. The project has its first design review at 8 p.m. May 29 at Seattle University's Admissions & Alumni Building, 824 12th Ave.
