Wright Runstad's 36-acre Spring District plan has so many moving parts — worth over $2.3 billion, totaling over 5 million square feet — that the apartments, shops, REI headquarters, brewpub, GIX school, bike pavilion, Facebook-leased Building 16, and light-rail station (set to open in 2023) can become a blur.
Just when you've mastered that (ha!), there's an overlooked property immediately to the west: Twelfth Place Business Park. It was developed in the early 1980s by the predecessor to Pine Forest Properties, which is the commercial investment and development arm for The Burnsteads.
