Continental faces second design review for Uptown units

Design updates include more landscaping, planters and benches along Roy Street.

Last year, Continental Properties paid $22 million for the old apartment building at 100 Roy St. in Lower Queen Anne. The proposed redevelopment plan, by Johnson Braund, had its first design review last summer. The second review is set for 6:30 p.m. May 22 at Queen Anne Community Center, at 1901 First Ave. W.
