Amazon details plans for HQ2

  • Initial plans for its new D.C.-area campus include 2.1 million square feet of offices in two 22-story towers, plus retail, restaurants, day care and public space.

    The new campus is part of an existing urban renewal and development project in Northern Virginia.

    Amazon.com released details about the first phase of planned new construction at its second headquarters in Arlington County, Virginia, and said it plans to invest more than $2.5 billion in building the campus over the next decade.
