Federal Way offices sell for $5.6M

By JOURNAL STAFF

FEDERAL WAY —Building IV at East Campus Corporate Park, at 3450 S. 344th St. in Federal Way, has sold for $5.6 million, according to King County records .

The seller was an LLC related to LBA Realty. LBA merged in 2006 with Bedford Property Investors, which acquired the property in 1999 for a little over $9 million.
