KENT — About 4.4 vacant acres in Kent at 25035 104th Ave. S.E. have sold for a little over $3.3 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was an LLC associated with Cadence Living of Scottsdale, Arizona, which is planning a 127-unit senior community.
