New coworking space to debut in SLU

CommonGrounds signed a 10-year lease for 31,781 square feet on the first and second floors of 1100 Dexter Ave. N.

WeWork will soon have more local competition. CommonGrounds Workplace of San Diego has leased its first local coworking space at 1100 Dexter Ave. N., in the heart of South Lake Union. The facility should open next April.
