The owner of a midblock property at 13524 Lake City Way N.E. is planning to redevelop with a new 99-unit apartment building. It would replace a vacant former Masonic hall. The 22,700-square-foot trapezoidal site is near Toyota of Lake City. It last traded in 2016 for $1.4 million, and was recently upzoned for construction up to 75 feet.
