Gracorp to show early plans for 2 U District apartment projects

  • The current proposal is for 162 units, but a possible upzone could push the number higher.

    For now, the building at 5251 University Way N.E. would have six stories and 88 units.

    Last fall, Gracorp Capital Advisors of Vancouver, B.C. paid about $7.4 million for two development sites on University Way Northeast, aka The Ave. Now, using architect Neiman Taber, it'll show early plans for both sites at 6:30 and 8 p.m. Monday at Good Shepherd Center, 4649 Sunnyside Ave. N.
