A vacant former auto service property, at 7012 Roosevelt Way N.E., was sold out of receivership in April for $1.5 million. The seller, an LLC related to Noren Development, had sought to gain approvals for a four-story apartment building with 29 SEDUs (small efficiency dwelling units). That plan is now dead.
The buyer, Sensa Homes LP of Mercer Island, has townhouse projects in various stages of development on Capitol Hill and in Greenwood.
