Hines starts construction of Bellevue office tower

Summit 3 will sit atop an existing underground parking garage. Amazon is said to be the tenant.

Real estate firm Hines announced Monday that it started construction of the Summit 3 office tower at the corner of 108th Avenue Northeast and Northeast Fourth Street in downtown Bellevue.
