MILL CREEK — In three related transactions recorded in Snohomish County just before the Independence Day holiday, three LLCs related to Canyon Partners of Los Angeles paid about $142 million for the Mill at Mill Creek Apartments, at 1111 158th Place S.E. and related addresses.
The seller was an LLC related to Blackstone, which acquired that property in 2015 for about $115 million. Brokers weren't announced. The deal was worth about $249,123 per unit.
