Architects bring the funk to Belltown redevelopment

    The plan is for 176 apartment units over a set of long, narrow commercial spaces.

    Landmarked but unprotected, the old Wayne Apartments at 2224 Second Ave. seem destined for demolition. Paragon Real Estate Advisors is selling the Belltown site, which includes two other adjacent low-rise rental buildings.
