SEATTLE — In two transactions King County recorded before the Independence Day holiday, Seattle Housing Authority paid just under $17.5 million for two apartment complexes with 142 units.
The sellers of both were entities related to IAM District 751, an aerospace machinists union local, which likely owned them since they were built in 1968. The sellers' broker representation wasn't announced.
