New details on $26M apartment sale

FEDERAL WAY — As the DJC reported early this month, a 134-unit apartment complex in Federal Way at 29225 Military Road S. sold for $26.5 million.

The seller was Rainier 134 LLC, associated with Thayer Manca Residential, which acquired the property in 2016 for just under $17 million.
