Talon buys Kirkland development site

  • An office project has been approved for the vacant property, which sits across the street from the Google campus.

    Construction on the 49,000-square-foot building could begin late this year. Talon acquired the site from Monolithic Power Systems for $8.2 million.

    A vacant but entitled development site at 620 Fifth Ave. S. in Kirkland has sold for $8.2 million, according to King County records. The buyer was Offices @ Sixth Street LLC, which is associated with Talon Private Capital.
