9 Uptown units sell for $3.6M

SEATTLE — A small apartment building at 311 Aloha St., plus a new addition, have sold for almost $3.6 million, according to King County records. The seller was 311 Aloha LLC, which acquired the property in 2014 for a bit over $1.1 million.

The buyer was T&G Aloha LLC, which is associated with two private investors in Kirkland. No new plans have been filed.
