Continuing its recent multifamily buying spree, Rise Properties Trust announced that, with a partner, it has purchased Waterbury Park in Federal Way for $56 million. The 236-unit complex is at 32905 19th Place S., between Pacific Highway South and Interstate 5, near the latter's Exit 143.
