BELLEVUE — As the DJC first reported in December, Vulcan Real Estate intended to complete its building site at 117 106th Ave. N.E., still called Bellevue Plaza (for the old shopping center), with an additional parcel on its south end. King County recorded that $7.8 million sale on Wednesday.
The seller was a Bennett family LLC; the family had owned the property at 10502 Main St. for decades. It's now used for a locksmith shop.
