Thayer Manca buys Ariz. units for $40M

SEATTLE — Local firm Thayer Manca Residential announced its recent $40.3 million purchase of the 368-unit Palm Canyon Apartments in Tucson, Arizona.

Brokers were not announced. The deal was worth about $109,510 per unit.
