88 Richland units sell for $12M

RICHLAND, Benton County — The Washington Square 2 Apartments, at 2433 George Washington Way in Richland, sold for a little over $11.9 million, according to Summerfield Commercial, whose Robert Parmar and Ryan Kidwell brokered both sides of the deal. It was worth about $135,909 per unit.

The seller was Washington Square II LP.
