New plans for Bellevue tower complex go bigger and higher

  • Stanford Hotels' Cloudvue would have three high-rises with at least 40 stories and a total of 4.1 million square feet.

    In March of last year, Plus Investment USA sold a majority stake for $128 million for what had been called Elev8, a large mixed-use project planned for 4.6 acres in downtown Bellevue. Stanford Hotels of San Francisco was the buyer. Both Plus and Stanford have Chinese roots.

    Now a new plan for that site has emerged called Cloudvue, at 10855 N.E. Eighth St.
