Aurora development site sells for $2M

SEATTLE — A development site at 4905 Aurora Ave. N. has sold for $2.1 million, according to King County records. The seller was Global Signal Acquisitions IV LLC, which acquired the property in 2017 for $2.6 million.

The buyer was Project S32 LLC, which is associated with local developer George Webb of The Stratford Co. He hasn't filed any plans for the property yet, though the seller did file a plan this spring to demolish a vacant old house on the property.
