Seattle Quilt Building changes hands

    The seven-story building sold for a little over $13.5 million. It has offices, apartments, retail and parking.

    The historic Seattle Quilt Building, at 316 First Ave. S., has sold for a little over $13.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was PSQ Portfolio LP, an entity of Nicola Wealth Real Estate of Vancouver, B.C. (formerly Nicola Crosby), which acquired the property out of foreclosure in 2011 as part of a larger three-building deal worth about $19 million.
