Eastside office complex sells for $227M

  • Houston-based M-M Properties bought the buildings in 2016 for just over $155 million.

    The three-building Sunset North office park, at 3120-3180 139th Ave. S.E., has sold for $227 million. That was the price announced by Kennedy Wilson when it closed the deal on Wednesday, with Security Benefit as its partner in the new ownership venture. KW has about 20%, and Security Benefit owns the rest.
