16 Kirkland units sell for $5M

KIRKLAND — The Kona Apartments, at 1212 Market St. in Kirkland, sold for $5.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Delta Limited Partners LLLP, which acquired the property in 1992 for $900,000.
