The 97-unit apartment building was built around five years ago. It’s near the future Judkins Park light rail station.

An apartment building in Seattle's Rainier Valley has sold for $30 million, according to King County records. The seller was 999 Hiawatha LLC, associated with Seavest Realty and Blakely Development, which acquired the land for about $935,000 in multiple transactions from 1998 to 2000. The building, at 999 Hiawatha Place S., was completed circa 2014.
