Bellevue bank site sells for $7.8M

BELLEVUE — Columbia State Bank has sold a branch location at 10350 N.E. 10th St. in Bellevue for $7.8 million, according to King County records. It acquired the property in 1996 for $1.1 million.

The buyer was MRM Bellevue Way LLC, which is associated with MRM Capital, the investment office for the Razore family. Public records indicate a loan from Bank of America, plus a three-year lease extension for the current occupant.
