$10M sale for some of historic building

SEATTLE — The commercial and retail units at the landmarked Colonial Grand Pacific building, at 1113-1123 First Ave., have sold for $10 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Grand Pacific Seattle LLC, associated with Urban Visions, which acquired the property in 1997 for just under $3 million.
