City of Seattle buys warehouse

SEATTLE — An industrial building at 5516 Fourth Ave. S. in Georgetown has sold for a little over $5.8 million, according to King County records. The seller was DGRRCO Properties LLC, a family group that had owned the property for decades.

The buyer was the city of Seattle, which hasn't announced any plans for the property.
