Last week Colliers announced $39 million in sales in the University District to Landmark Properties of Athens, Georgia. King County recorded the nine individual transactions on Monday, which helps put a better value on the overall deal.

Landmark is planning two 25-story student housing towers on its larger west site, from 4202-4238 12th Ave. N.E. Across the alley, on the smaller east site at 4215 Brooklyn Ave. N.E., it's planning a seven-story building to go alongside the 90-year-old Canterbury Court, a 16-unit Tudor-style courtyard bungalow complex that it will preserve and incorporate into the new development.
