Investor sells 27 units for $4.8M

SEATTLE — In two sales, local investor Karyn Kuever has sold two older apartment complexes with 27 units for about $4.8 million.

In Columbia City, an eight-unit building at 4916 39th Ave. S. sold for just over $2 million to CC Hudson LLC, which is associated with Milestone Properties. The apartments were developed in 1953. The seller acquired them in 1998 for $320,000.
