133 Kirkland units face design review

KIRKLAND — Merit Homes is proposing a mixed-use project on an almost 2.3-acre site that it mostly owns at 8505 132nd Ave. N.E. in Kirkland.

Called Continental Divide, the project is designed by Encore Architects. It's predominantly residential, with 133 units and some offices. The project has its third design review at 7 p.m. tonight, at Kirkland City Hall, at 123 Fifth Ave.
