Curtis buys 68 units in Snohomish Co.

EVERETT — In two deals between the same seller and buyer Curtis Capital Group, brokered on both sides by Institutional Property Advisors, two apartment buildings have traded for a little over $10.5 million. IPA, which is part of Marcus & Millichap, announced the sales.

The IPA team was Philip Assouad, Giovanni Napoli, Ryan Dinius, and Sidney Warsinske.
