Eastside property sells for $3.5M

KIRKLAND — The former Edge Concrete building, at 10930 116th Ave. N.E. in Kirkland, has sold for $3.5 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was MSPT CI LLC, which is associated with MainStreet Property Group of Kirkland. An early redevelopment plan, filed under the seller's name, describes a new 130-unit apartment building on the property — indicating the old building will be removed.
