S.W. Avalon sites could get 87 units

SEATTLE — The owner of two old rental houses at 3010 S.W. Avalon Way is considering a redevelopment plan.

The property isn't publicly listed for sale. Studio19 Architects submitted the early plan, not yet in design review, to demolish the houses and build an eight-story building with 87 units and no parking.
