SEATTLE — Two years ago, Rise Properties Trust paid about $26.8 million for 102-unit apartment complex at 1130 N. 115th St. It soon changed the name from CityWalk to Haller Post; those three buildings are just east of Aurora Avenue North and south of Home Depot.
Rise recently filed plans to add a fourth building in the middle of the 2.63 acres, which will replace some of the parking. Urbal Architecture created the early plan, which hasn't yet entered design review. The proposed five-story would have 48 units and total about 49,600 square feet.
