BECU sells complex to Nicola for $40M

TUKWILA — BECU has sold an office and retail complex at 12866 Interurban Ave. S. in Tukwila for $40 million, according to King County records.

The buyer, Nicola GCC LP, is associated with Nicola Wealth Real Estate of Vancouver, B.C.
