SEATTLE — An old four-plex at 1831 14th Ave. has sold for a little over $2.4 million, according to King County records.
The seller was Sensa Homes LP, which acquired the property last year for $1.9 million, then initiated a redevelopment plan.
The buyer was an LLC related to Isola Real Estate, which will apparently build the project. That will be a three-story townhouse development with seven units and four parking stalls. The old four-plex will be removed.
The deal was worth about $433 per square foot for the corner at East Denny Way. It's about two blocks west of the commercial strip on 15th Avenue.
Cone Architecture designed the project, which hasn't yet received final permits.
